We offer a full design, supply & installation package for all load testing applications.

Our site services team use specialist equipment to load test all types of structures from bridge tendons and bearings, concrete through to steelwork, types of testing include pull off tests through to hydraulic loading and monitoring to ascertain load capacity.

LOAD TESTING APPLICATIONS

Praeter Engineering can carry out load testing for the following situations;

  • Change of Structures Use/Increased Loading

  • Lifting Equipment Testing
  • Suspected Underperformance of Structure

Praeter Engineering can carry out load testing in the following applications;

  • Concrete Structures/Cast In Items

All load testing is carried out using calibrated equipment, certification for all of our equipment will be provided with the testing report given to the client at the end of the testing. Where additional design checks are required as a result of determining the elements current capacity Praeter Engineering’s in house design team can carry out all required checks.
